The Mapajo Ecolodge is just three hours away from Rurrenabaque by boat and ten minutes from the indigenous community of Asuncion del Quiquibey.
The Mapajo Ecolodge is fully owned and operated by the indigenous communities of the Quiquibey River. It was built using mostly local materials and based on their traditional style of construction. The Lodge is the starting point for discovering all the different streams and rivers, forests, mountains and communities in the Pilon Lajas territory.

The Mapajo Ecolodge offers six traditional jungle style cabins with 16 people capacity distributed among four twin bed cabin, one family cabin, and two matrimonial cabins. All the cabins feature:
