Achira Sierra Resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful valley with a lovely view of the majestic archeological ruins of Samaipata and Amboro National Park.

The resort is located at 2 hours drive from the City of Santa Cruz de la Sierra at  Km 112 (70 miles) on the highway between Santa Cruz and Cochabamba . The resort can be easily reached by car, taxi or bus. There are plenty buses that go to Samaipata, Mairana, Vallegrande or Comarapa. All of them can stop at the turnoff to Achira Sierra Resort, which is approximately 1 km. from the highway to the main entrance. There are signs along the highway, at the turnoff and along the access road to the entrance gate.

The Paredones river flows along the perimeter of the 6 hectares ( 14 acres) property, where you can enjoy picnicking and swimming. You can admire giant ferns, wild parrots, all kinds of birds and butterflies.
